    This TVS diode series features a rectifier diode element in series and opposite direction, enabling very low capacitance (<100 pF) for protecting high-frequency signal lines. It offers working standoff voltages from 6.5V to 170V, suppresses transients up to 1,500W (10/1000 μs), and provides secondary lightning protection per IEC 61000-4-5. The devices are 100% surge tested, include wafer fabrication/assembly lot traceability (M-prefix), and meet moisture classification Level 1 (no dry pack required). RoHS-compliant versions are available.
