It offers working standoff voltages from 6.5V to 170V, suppresses transients up to 1,500W at 10/1000 μs, and provides protection against ESD, EFT, and secondary lightning effects per IEC standards. Available in RoHS compliant versions with enhanced reliability screening options. Suitable for thru-hole mounting with moisture classification Level 1.
