    The MSL3082 is an 8-string, high-power LED driver for TV backlighting, monitors, and intelligent solid-state lighting. It uses external MOSFETs to provide up to at least 500mA per string with ±1% current accuracy. Features include a 1MHz I2C interface, video frame synchronization, adaptive power correction, PWM dimming (8-bit per string, 6-bit global), fault detection (open/short circuit, over-temperature), and an on-chip EEPROM for custom power-up settings. It supports up to 16 devices on the same bus and operates from -40°C to +105°C.
