    The MT9094 DPhone-II is a fully featured integrated digital telephone circuit that converts voice band signals to digital PCM and vice versa using a switched capacitor Filter/Codec. It features a DSP for handsfree speakerphone operation, tone generation (DTMF, ringer, call progress), and gain control. The device operates from a single 5V supply and uses ISO2-CMOS technology. Key features include programmable µ-Law/A-Law codec and filters, differential interfaces to telephony transducers, and a serial microcontroller port compatible with Intel MCS-51 specifications.
