MX15KP260A [Microchip]

The M15KP22A – MXL15KP280CA series are high-reliability transient voltage suppressors available in unidirectional or bidirectional versions. They suppress transients up to 15,000 watts at 10/1000 µs, with virtually instantaneous response time. These devices protect against secondary lightning effects per IEC61000-4-5, voltage pulses from inductive switching, induced RF radiation, ESD per IEC61000-4-2, and EFT per IEC61000-4-4. They feature 3σ lot norm screening on standby current, 100% surge testing, enhanced reliability screening per MIL-PRF-19500, wafer fabrication and assembly lot traceability, moisture classification level 1, and RoHS compliant options. The axial-lead plastic encapsulated design is economical for thru-hole mounting.
