PD70101 supports IEEE802.3af or IEEE802.3at Type 1, while PD70201 supports Type 2 and 4-pair applications up to 47.7W. Features include detection/classification, integrated MOSFET switch, adjustable switching frequency (100-500 kHz), soft-start, low power mode, UVLO, and protection circuits.
