SY100S307JZ [Microchip]

SY100S307JZ Overview

Packet 28-LCC (J-Lead). There is a Tube package included in this package as well. Surface Mount is available for purchase. The unit has a fully functional Differential output that can be controlled. Communication is handled by XOR/NOR Gate logic. At 0°C~85°C, we have extended the operating temperature. 10 Input (2, 2, 2, 2, 2) inputs are contained in this component. The 100S series belongs to this family, so it is in that series. The power supply used by this device is 4.2V~5.5V. To find more parts that are similar, search 100S307. Installing and dismounting it is made easy with its Surface Mount-shape design. The 28 solution is designed for logic gate applications. A 5-basic circuit is used to build it. It is delivered in the device package of 28-PLCC (11.48x11.48) supplier. 5 elements are incorporated for improved logic performance. A device needs at least -4.2V volts to function. A voltage as high as -5.5V can be applied to this device. The device will not work in an environment with a temperature lower than 0°C. This part is characteri85°Ced by its ability to work at a temperature of 85°C for enhanced reliability.
