SY58052UMGTR [MICREL]

The SY58052U is an ultra-fast, precision, low jitter data-to-clock resynchronizer with guaranteed maximum data and clock throughput of 10.7Gbps or 7GHz. It resynchronizes data to a reference clock and is ideal for backplane retiming or retiming after long trace lengths. The device features internal 50Ω input and output termination, unique input termination with V_T pin for DC- and AC-coupled inputs (CML, PECL), and a 400mV CML output swing. It operates from 2.5V ±5% or 3.3V ±10% supply and is guaranteed over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C). Key AC performance includes <190ps propagation delay, <60ps rise/fall times, and ultra low jitter (<1ps RJ, <10ps DJ, <10ps TJ).
