TC427VPAG [Microchip]

TC427VPAG Overview

A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.A packaging method of Tube is used.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration. In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Through Hole. When the supply voltage is 4.5V~18V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TA is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number TC427.The mount method is Through Hole. When the device is designed, it has 8 pins. The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs. There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures must not exceed -40°C.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 730mW, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated. For operation, the supply voltage of 16V is the maximum value.4.5V is the minimum voltage required to operate it.
