The TCM811 and TCM812 are system supervisory circuits that monitor VDD and provide reset signals to host controllers. They feature manual reset input for push-button reset, require no external components, and provide reset output within 20µs (5µs for F version) of VDD falling through reset threshold. RESET is maintained active for minimum 140ms after VDD rises above reset threshold. TCM812 has active high RESET output while TCM811 has active low RESET output, with TCM811 RESET valid down to VDD=1.0V. Both devices operate from 6µA typical supply current, feature VDD transient immunity, and come in 4-pin SOT-143 package with -40°C to +85°C temperature range. They are optimized to reject fast transient glitches on VDD line.
