    The UPT series are transient voltage suppressors in Powermite package, offering standoff voltages from 5V to 48V. They feature oxide-passivated chips with high-temperature solder bonds for high surge capability and negligible electrical degradation. Available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, with fast clamping times (less than 100 ps for unidirectional, 5 ns for bidirectional). The package includes a fully metallic bottom side to eliminate solder flux entrapment and a locking tab as an integral heat sink. Compliant with moisture classification Level 1 and RoHS versions available.
