74LV86D,112 [NXP]

74LV86D,112 Overview

The part is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. A XOR (Exclusive OR) logic principle governs its operation. Voltage 1V~5.5V is needed to ensure the part's full functionality. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. Output current is 12mA 12mA in the high and low states. 74LV is the series it belongs to. The total number of terminations is 14. There are 4 functions that significantly improve the user experience. As part of LV/LV-A/LVX/H, this chip is used. Try searching with 74LV86 to find device variants. A total of 14 pins are injected into the body of the part. Inputs are limited to 2. Gates is a typical logic device. The device consists of 4 circuits. There is 50pF load capacitance on the part. To supply the device, it requires a voltage of 1V. Vsup reaches its maximum value at 5.5V. This part requires 3.3V power supplies, according to its datasheet. In standby mode, there is 40?A maximum current.
