• Oscillator crystal with a frequency range of 1 to 25 MHz.

• Watchdog oscillator with a 503 kHz frequency range.

• Low-power 32 kHz RTC oscillator having outputs of 32 kHz, 1 kHz, and 1 Hz.

• System PLL enables CPU functioning at full speed without the use of a high-frequency crystal. The internal RC oscillator or the system oscillator can be used.
