The 17510 is a monolithic H-Bridge motor driver IC designed for portable electronic applications. It operates from 2.0 V to 15 V and provides continuous output current of 1.2 A and peak current of 3.8 A. The device features low R_DS(on) MOSFETs (450 mΩ typical), 5.0 V TTL/CMOS compatible inputs, PWM operation up to 200 kHz, undervoltage shutdown, and cross-conduction suppression. It includes an integrated charge pump and level shifter, shoot-through current protection, and undervoltage detection. The device offers four operating modes: Forward, Reverse, Brake, and Tri-stated (high-impedance). It is built using SMARTMOS technology.
