    Products Detail

    The SA636 is a low-voltage, high-performance monolithic FM IF system with high-speed RSSI. It includes a mixer/oscillator, two limiting IF amplifiers, quadrature detector, logarithmic RSSI, voltage regulator, wideband data output, and fast RSSI opamps. Designed for high-bandwidth portable communication applications, it operates down to 2.7V and features low power consumption, wideband data output (600kHz minimum), fast RSSI rise/fall times, and excellent sensitivity. The RF section is similar to the SA605, and it supports various filters (crystal, ceramic, LC) with low external component count.
