74AC241SJ [Onsemi]

74AC241SJ Overview

20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) packages are used to implement buffer. It is packaged in the Tube external packaging type for this voltage buffer. This digital buffer is available in the Surface Mount mount. There are a variety of applications for Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits. The logic IC is powered by 2V~6V. An ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA is suitable for this logical driver. 3-State outputs are supported. This is a network transceiver from the 74AC series. There are Surface Mount applications for it. There are 20 pins on it. Each element is represented by 4 bits. 74AC241 has other related electronic components that you can search for. 4μA is used by the electronic component in its quiescent stateThere are 8 efficient bits in the package that make up the network transceiver. Logic ICs with 8 channels provide high-quality communication. Under -40°C, it can operate. The ambient temperature should not exceed 85°C. Low-level mode outputs 24mA by default. High-level output mode allows -24mA of current to flow through the electronic component. In order for this electrical component to work properly, it should be operated at a voltage of at least 2V. It is rated 6V for maximum supply voltage. This device is capable of outputting 3 different signals simultaneously. Due to its 8 line input capability, it is more cost-effective when transmitting signals. As far as the supplier device package of this electronic component is concerned, it would be 20-SOP. In this case, 8 outputs will be sufficient. 8 inputs are characteristic of it.
