74ACQ244PC [Onsemi]

74ACQ244PC Overview

Using a 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tube package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Through Hole mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 2V~6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~85°C TA. Buffer IC has 24mA 24mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 2 elements. Network transceivers in the 74ACQ series include this one. A total of Through Hole applications can be accommodated by logical driver. A total of 20 pins are present on digital buffer. For each element, 4 bits are used. There are other related electronic parts on 74ACQ244 that you can find. During quiescence, the electronic part uses 4?A. As part of the electronic component, there are 8 efficient bits that are included. For high-quality communication, this network transceiver has 8 channels. Under a temperature of -40°C, buffers can operate. Ambient temperatures should not exceed 85°C. When it is set to low-level output, voltage buffer outputs 24mA. It is possible for the electronic part to conduct -24mA of current when operating on high-level output mode. There should be a voltage at least of 2V used to run this buffer. As far as maximum supply voltage is concerned, it is rated at 6V. With the help of this logical driver, you can output up to 3 signals simultaneously. Its 8-line input capabilities make it more cost-effective for signal transmission. In the case of this logical driver, the supplier device package would be 20-PDIP. A total of 8 outputs can be made with this amount. The buffer IC has 8 inputs.
