The AC273 and ACT273 are octal D-type flip-flops featuring eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual inputs and Q outputs. They include a buffered common clock and buffered asynchronous master reset. The register is fully edge-triggered, transferring the state of each D input to the corresponding Q output on the LOW-to-HIGH clock transition. All outputs are forced LOW independently of clock or data inputs by a LOW voltage level on the MR input. The devices are ideal buffers for microprocessors or memory applications where true output is required with common clock and master reset. Outputs source/sink 24mA, and the 74ACT273 has TTL-compatible inputs.
