74F541SJ Overview

Buffer uses a neat 20-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package. This logic IC uses the Tube external packaging. This digital buffer is available in the Surface Mount mount. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that sees a broad field of applications. This network transceiver is fed with a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V. This automotive buffer is qualified to operate within the ambient temperature of 0°C~70°C TA. The high and low logic state output current of It is 3mA 64mA. Digital buffer can deal with 3-State output (s). All of the 1 elements are put into use. It is one of the 74F series transceivers. It is suitable for Surface Mount applications. It has 20 pins. The network transceiver employs 8 bits for each element. You can search 74F541 for other related electronic component. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the lectronic component. 8 efficient bits are included within the network transceiver. This network transceiver has 8 channels for high quality communication. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as 0°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 70°C. Logical driver outputs 64mA in its low-level output mode. In high-level output mode, the electronic component may conduct -15mA of current. The voltage used to run this electrical part should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 5.5V. It is able to output 3 signal lines. Because of its 8 lines level input capability, It is more cost-effective on transimitting signals. The Supplier network transceiver package of this part would be 20-SOP. It is sufficient to make 8 outputs. It is characterized to have 8 inputs.
