74LVTH646MTCX [Onsemi]

74LVTH646MTCX Overview

Using a neat 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it works well. There is an external packaging option available for this voltage buffer. The bus transceiver is available in a Surface Mount mount design. Typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic circuits see a broad range of applications. Network transceivers such as this are fed with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V when they are powered on. A logical driver like this is qualified to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. Its output current is 32mA 64mA in the high and low logic states. Currently, bus transceiver supports 3-State outputs. A total of 1 elements are used. 74LVTH series network transceivers belong to this group. Surface Mount applications are possible with digital buffer. The connector has 24 pins. Each element in the network transceiver contains 8 bits. To find other related electronic parts, search 74LVTH646. This electronic part should be operated safely and steadily in a circuit by applying 3.3V supply voltage. A total of 8 efficient bits are included as part of this electronic component. 8 channels ensure high-quality communication with this logic IC. As low as -40°C can be used to operate itTemperatures above 85°C are not recommended for it to operate. Low-level output mode produces 32mA. Electronic parts operating in high-level output mode may conduct 64mA of current. This buffer should be run at a minimum voltage of 2.7V if it is to function properly. With respect to its maximum supply voltage, it is rated at 3.6V. Basically, this logical driver would be supplied in the form of the 24-TSSOP device package from the supplier. 8 circuits underlie its fundamental operation.
