FDMF5821DC [Onsemi]

FDMF5821DC Overview

It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerWFQFN package. In addbridge driverion, 4.5V~5.5V can be used to improve reliabilbridge drivery.H bridge circuit is mounted on Surface Mount.A normal operation of -40°C~125°C TJ is enabled by motor driver H bridges operating temperature. This tool is useful for a number of applications, including Synchronous Buck Converters.PCB mounting is performed using Surface Mount.Full bridge also possesses Bootstrap Circuit, Latch Function, Status Flag as a specific characteristic. In a signal interface, the 31 pins serve as pronged contacts.Electronic H-bridges of the PowerTrench®, SyncFET? series constitute this type of H-bridge.When the ambient temperature reaches 60A, the maximum load current of the power supply is reached.Through the output and power supply pins, a current of 60A is flowing. It is equipped with outputs in the form of 1.H-bridge is possible to integrate 2 drivers into the system.
