It integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced 6 mm x 6 mm MLP package. The module uses Fairchild's PowerTrench 5 MOSFET technology for reduced ringing and improved efficiency. Features include over 93% peak efficiency, 35A continuous current handling, optimized for switching frequencies up to 1 MHz, SMOD for light load efficiency, adaptive gate drive timing for shoot-through protection, and compatibility with Intel 6 mm x 6 mm DrMOS specification.
