It offers over 93% peak efficiency, 50 A current handling, and is optimized for switching frequencies up to 1 MHz. Features include 3-state PWM input, skip-mode for light-load efficiency, thermal warning, driver output disable, and ON Semiconductor PowerTrench® and SyncFET™ technologies for clean switching waveforms with minimal ringing. Based on Intel® 4.0 DrMOS standard, it provides space-saving and fully optimized system efficiency.
