Dual-channel load switches with independent current-limited and slew rate controlled P-channel MOSFETs. Slew rate controlled turn-on prevents inrush current from glitching supply rails. Input voltage range 1.8V to 5.5V for USB device requirements. Switch control via logic input (ON). FPF2312 shuts down after 10ms persistent constant-current condition. FPF2310 has auto-restart after 150ms if ON pin active. FPF2313/13L remains in constant-current mode until current falls below limit. Minimum current limit 400-600mA with 10% accuracy at 25°C for USB applications. Available in space-saving 8-Lead 3x3mm MLP package.
