MAC997B6G [Rochester]

The MAC997 Series are sensitive gate triacs designed for use in solid state relays, MPU interface, TTL logic, and other light industrial or consumer applications. They are supplied in an inexpensive TO-92 package suitable for automatic insertion. Key features include blocking voltage up to 600V, sensitive gate triggering in four quadrants, all diffused and glassivated junctions for reliability, improved noise immunity (dv/dt min 20 V/μs at 110°C), commutating di/dt of 1.6 A/ms at 110°C, and high surge current of 8A.
