They feature no output phase reversal, 0.5 mV typical input offset voltage, 10 pA input bias current, and 1.4 MHz gain bandwidth at 2.5 V. Available in space-saving SOT23-5 and SC70-5 packages, the NCV prefix is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. Devices are Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
