NLAST4599DFT2 [Onsemi]

NLAST4599DFT2 Overview

Packed in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. This analog switch is mounted in Surface Mount. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C TA. There are 6 terminations totally. By its 1 channels, the electronic component provides high-quality output. With a 3V voltage supply, the electrical component should be turned on and run. 6 pins are injected to the electronic part body. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPDT switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. If you are looking for variants of the digital switch, trying search with NLAST4599. This digital multiplexer has 30Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 6 pins functions. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. In a normalsituation, users should not supply the switches with voltage higher than 5.5V. A cost-effective Single supply type analogue multiplexer. The lowest voltage fed to the electronic component should be 2V. 1?A current would be enough for this multiplexer to operate. Draining from a single voltage supply, this analog switch requires a voltage of 2V~5.5V. The electronic component can function from 5V.
