The PCA9306 is a dual bidirectional I2C-bus and SMBus voltage-level translator that allows voltage level translation between 1.0 V and 5 V without a direction pin. It supports Standard-Mode, Fast-Mode, and Fast-Mode Plus I2C-bus devices and SMBus devices, with low propagation delay (less than 1.5 ns) and ESD protection (4000 V HBM, 400 V MM). It operates from 1.0 V to 3.6 V on the low-voltage side and 1.8 V to 5.5 V on the high-voltage side, and is available in multiple packages including TSSOP-8, US8, UQFN8, and UDFN8.
