    Products Detail

    This Inverter IPM is a highly integrated device for 3-phase motor drive applications. It contains all high-voltage control from HV-DC to 3-phase outputs in a single SIP module. The output stage uses IGBT/FRD technology and implements Under Voltage Protection (UVP) and Over Current Protection (OCP) with a fault detection output flag. Internal boost diodes are provided for high-side gate boost drive. It features a single control power supply due to an internal bootstrap circuit, low-voltage level inputs/outputs directly compatible with microcontrollers, built-in cross conduction prevention, an externally accessible thermistor for substrate temperature measurement, and adjustable over-current protection level via an external resistor.
