STK681-200-E [Onsemi]

STK681-200-E Overview

For packaging, it is used with Bulk.A cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in 12-SIP, 11 Leads.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 4.75V~5.25V by increasing the supply voltage. In Through Hole, H bridge circuit is mounted.150°C TJ can work normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.A number of applications can be made use of H bridge motor driver, including DC Motors, General Purpose. The board is mounted using Through Hole.A transmission line can be terminated at a 12 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of the signal interface, 12 pins are used as pronged contacts. For the operation of the H bridge, a voltage supply of 5V is used.BRUSH DC MOTOR CONTROLLER has been incorporated as H bridge circuit's analog IC type.Output and power supply pins have a current of 4.2A.H bridge motor drivers in the subcategory Motion Control Electronics have a wide range of similarities. In order to maintain a high level of efficiency, the operating supply voltage is maintained at 42V.A load is supplied with electricity by 524V.Furthermore, ALSO OPERATES WITH THE RANGE OF 10V TO 42V SUPPLY can also be provided.
