The BridgeSwitch family integrates two high-voltage power FREDFETs, gate drivers and controllers into a single package. It features ultra-soft and ultrafast diodes for hard-switched inverter-based motor drivers. The devices are self-supplied, eliminating the need for an external auxiliary power supply. They provide instantaneous phase current output for sensorless control and include internal fault protection and system level monitoring.
