IHD260IC1 Overview

A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 36-DIP Module, 24 Leads package.Tray represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Through Hole.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 14V~16V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~85°C TA.The input type for this program is Inverting.The gate driver is part of the SCALE?-1 series.
