The IHD 260 and IHD 660 are dual-channel SCALE IGBT driver cores optimized for 1200V and 1700V IGBTs from 25A to 450A. They serve as direct replacements for IHD 215/280/680 drivers, offering optimum performance, reliability, and competitive pricing. Features include non-inverting/inverting inputs, 6A gate drive capability per channel, 315ns typical delay time, power supply monitoring at 11.5V, superior EMC (>100V/ns dv/dt, >2kV ESD), independent driver channels, and transformer-based command/fault signal transmission with optional optocoupler. The cores support switching frequencies up to 100kHz and duty cycles of 0-100%.
