LNK6766E [Power Integrations]

The LinkSwitch-HP family monolithically integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into one package. It uses a newly developed analog control scheme enabling continuous conduction mode (CCM) primary side regulated (PSR) power supplies up to 90 W without the efficiency limitation of DCM or audible noise. It features multi-mode control to maximize efficiency over the full load range, eliminates optocoupler and secondary control circuitry, and provides ±5% output voltage tolerance. The device operates at 132 kHz to reduce transformer and power supply size, includes accurate programmable current limit, and offers extensive built-in protection features. Package options include eSIP-7C, eSOP-12B, and eDIP-12B.
