The LinkSwitch-HP family integrates a controller and high-voltage power MOSFET into a single package. It features a multi-mode control scheme for high efficiency across the full load range, eliminating the need for optocouplers and secondary control circuitry. Key capabilities include programmable current limit, frequency jittering for reduced EMI, integrated soft-start, and extensive protection features. The devices support primary-side regulation (PSR) for simplified designs and offer up to 90 W output power with excellent efficiency and low no-load consumption.
