PFS7627H [Power Integrations]

The HiperPFS-4 devices incorporate a continuous conduction mode (CCM) boost PFC controller, gate driver and 600 V power MOSFET in a single, low-profile power package. It eliminates external current sense resistors and uses an innovative control technique that adjusts switching frequency over output load, input line voltage, and input line cycle. This maximizes efficiency over the entire load range, particularly at light loads, and minimizes EMI filtering requirements. The device features integrated non-linear error amplifier for fast transient response, user programmable Power Good (PG) signal, and user selectable power limit. It also includes comprehensive protection features such as UVLO, UV, OV, OTP, brown-in/out, and cycle-by-cycle current limit.
