    SENZero is a family of ICs that eliminate standby losses by disconnecting unnecessary circuit blocks in high-voltage systems. It features ultra-low leakage 650 V MOSFETs, integrated gate drive and protection, and requires no external components. The device is available in 2 and 3 channel versions, reducing component count and improving reliability for AC-DC converters and low-standby systems. It provides remote disconnect functionality and helps improve production yields.
