TOP267VG [Power Integrations]

The TOP264-271 family integrates a 725 V power MOSFET, high-voltage switched current source, multi-mode PWM control, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, fault protection, and other control circuitry onto a monolithic device. It features EcoSmart technology for energy efficiency, with no-load consumption below 100 mW at 265 VAC and up to 750 mW standby output power for 1 W input at 230 VAC. The device offers high design flexibility with multi-mode PWM control, 132 kHz operation (66 kHz option), programmable current limit, line feed-forward, frequency jittering to reduce EMI, and integrated soft-start. Extensive protection features include auto-restart, output short-circuit, over-current, overload, and overvoltage protection, hysteretic/latching shutdown, fast AC reset, line undervoltage and overvoltage detection, and thermal shutdown. Advanced package options (eDIP-12, eSIP-7C, eSOP-12) provide thermal management and support for various power levels up to 244 W.
