The KAD5512P is a 12-bit ADC with sampling rates up to 250MSPS. It features 1.5GHz analog input bandwidth, 60fs clock jitter, programmable gain/offset/skew control, over-range indicator, selectable clock divider (÷1/÷2/÷4), clock phase selection, nap/sleep modes, and supports two's complement/gray code/binary data formats. The device offers SDR/DDR LVDS-compatible or LVCMOS outputs, programmable built-in test patterns, and operates from a single 1.8V supply. Performance includes SNR=66.1dBFS and SFDR=87dBc at 105MHz. Power consumption is 267mW at 250MSPS (SDR) and 234mW at 250MSPS (DDR). The device is specified over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) and is Pb-free (RoHS compliant).
