    The RT4813A is a boost regulator that operates from a single Li-Ion cell (1.8V to 5.5V) and provides adjustable output voltage (1.8V to 5.5V). It features CMCOT topology for low output ripple, synchronous rectification, and up to 96% efficiency. Key protections include input/output over-voltage protection, input over-current limit, output short protection, and true load disconnect. The device supports PSM operation, has quiescent current below 1μA in shutdown mode, and includes internal compensation and output discharge functions. It guarantees minimum load current of 2.5A in boost mode.
