RT6239ALGQUF [RICHTEK]

The RT6239A/B is a high-performance 500kHz, 9A step-down regulator with internal power switches and synchronous rectifiers. It features Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOTTM) control architecture for stable operation with ceramic output capacitors without external compensation. The input voltage range is 4.5V to 18V and output is adjustable from 0.7V to 8V. The device provides fast transient response, especially for low output voltages and low duty cycles. It includes internal 30mΩ high-side and 12mΩ low-side MOSFETs for up to 95% efficiency. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limit, input under-voltage lockout, output over/under-voltage protection, thermal shutdown, and power good indicator. The RT6239A/B is optimized for all ceramic capacitors and supports externally-adjustable soft-start with pre-bias compatibility.
