RT7027GS [RICHTEK]

The RT7027 is a high-voltage gate driver for driving high-side and low-side MOSFETs in a half-bridge configuration. It uses ultra high voltage device and floating well to allow UGATE to drive external MOSFET operating up to 600V. The IC features a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique for high dV/dt immunity, Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO) for both channels, dead-time control to prevent shoot-through, and TTL compatible logic inputs. It has internal dead-time setting, matched propagation delays, and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
