RT7028BGS [RICHTEK]

The RT7028A/B is a high-voltage gate driver IC with dual outputs. The IC, together with an external bootstrap network, drives dual n-channel MOSFETs or IGBTs with input voltage rail up to 600V. It is equipped with a common-mode dV/dt noise canceling technique to provide high dV/dt immunity. The device features under-voltage lockout for both channels, TTL compatible logic input, matched propagation delay below 50ns, and two versions: RT7028A (in phase) and RT7028B (out of phase).
