Key features include 50mΩ internal low-side N-MOSFET, 650kHz switching frequency (RT7231/33), discontinuous mode at light load (RT7232/34), adjustable output voltage (0.765V to 8V), adjustable soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limit, input under voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and support for all ceramic capacitors. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
