The device features current mode operation for fast transient response, fixed 500kHz switching frequency with external synchronization capability, internal compensation, and minimal external component requirements. Protection features include cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown, and adjustable soft-start. Available in SOP-8 (Exposed Pad) and WDFN-14L packages.
