    The RT8097C is a high-efficiency synchronous step-down DC-DC converter supporting input voltages from 2.7V to 6V and adjustable output voltages from 0.6V to 3.4V with up to 2A output current. It features internal synchronous low on-resistance power switches, eliminating the need for an external Schottky diode. The Current Mode Constant-On-time (CMCOT) control loop optimizes transient response and stability with low-ESR capacitors. Available in SOT-23-5/6 packages, it includes soft-start (1.2ms), power-good indicator (SOT-23-6), and light-load power saving.
