It features adjustable soft-start, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, thermal shutdown protection, and low shutdown current (22μA). Available in SOP-8 and MSOP-10 (Exposed Pad) packages, it achieves up to 92% efficiency with fixed 1.2MHz switching frequency and stable operation with low ESR ceramic capacitors.
