Features include ultra-low quiescent current (23µA operating, 3µA shutdown), adjustable output voltage (1.25V to 60V), ±3% output accuracy over line/load/temperature, stability with 1µF ceramic/tantalum/aluminum capacitors, reverse-battery protection, current limiting, thermal shutdown, and no reverse-current protection diode needed. Available in SOT-23-5 package.
