    The RT9173B is a 2A bus termination regulator designed for DDR memory termination and other applications. It supports both DDR I (1.25V) and DDR II (0.9V) requirements. The device is available in SOP-8 and TO-252-5 packages and can source or sink up to 2A of current. It features current-limiting protection, thermal protection, and integrated power MOSFETs. The output voltage is adjustable by external resistors and is highly accurate at full load. It requires minimum external components and can be shut down for standby or suspend mode operation. The device is RoHS compliant and 100% lead-free.
