It features internal soft-start, frequency-compensation networks, and power good signaling with specific sequencing. The device operates at a fixed 300kHz frequency, optimizing efficiency, component size, and cost. The linear controller drives an external MOSFET and is adjustable via external resistors. It includes specific power good sequencing for Intel® Grantsdale FSB_VTT requirements, over-current protection monitoring MOSFET RDS(ON), and adaptive non-overlapping gate drivers. All functions are contained in a small footprint package.
